Board of Vocational Rehabilitation,
repeal the composition requirement of the board.

         ENTITLED, An Act to  repeal the composition requirements of the Board of Vocational Rehabilitation.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:

     Section  1.  That § 1-36A-5 be amended to read as follows:

     1-36A-5.   There is hereby created a Board of Vocational Rehabilitation. The board shall be composed of no more than twelve members appointed by the Governor, of which a majority shall be persons who are individuals with disabilities. Each member of the board shall be appointed to serve a term of three years. No member of the board may serve more than two consecutive full terms. No more than seven members of the board may be of the same political party.
