An Act to revise provisions regarding the duration of restrictive contracts or declarations.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. That § 11-5-4 be AMENDED.
11-5-4. Duration of restrictions by declaration or contract.
The restrictions authorized by
§§ 11-5-1
and 11-5-2
shall
continue in force for such
a period as may
be prescribed in
such
a declaration
or contract
but not exceeding twenty-five
forty
years
from the date of such declaration or contract.
