State chartered savings and loan statutes repealed.

         ENTITLED, An Act to  repeal the authority for state chartered savings and loan associations.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:

     Section  1.  That Title 52 be repealed.
