7-7-9.1
be amended to read as follows:
7-7-9.1.
The board of county commissioners shall establish, by resolution, the salary payable
to the county treasurer, county auditor, and county register of deeds. The salary payable may not
be less than the following schedule as based upon the most recent decennial federal census of
population for counties:

Section
9.
Sections 1, 3, 5, and 7 of this Act are effective on January 1, 2008. Sections 2, 4, 6,
