    On page 1, line 7, of the printed bill, after "exceed" insert "two hundred percent of".

    On page 4, line 8, after "state." insert "At least one-half of the preschool children who participate in the program shall be from families whose annual income does not exceed one hundred percent of the federal poverty level, and the remaining participants shall be from families whose annual income does not exceed two hundred percent of the federal poverty level.".

    On page 5, after line 18, insert:

"    Section 10. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of one dollars ($1), or so much thereof as may be necessary, to the Department of Education for the purpose of funding the pilot program established pursuant to this Act.

    Section 11. The secretary of education shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized by this Act.

    Section 12. Any amounts appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated by June 30, 2015, shall revert in accordance with the procedures prescribed in chapter 4-8.".
