         SB 85     revise certain provisions relating to the approval of airports.
             Senators Bogue, Albers, Kleven, and McCracken and Representatives Rhoden, LaRue, and Smidt

         SB 92     revise certain provisions relating to the type and location of health facilities that may be financed or refinanced by the South Dakota Health and Educational Facilities Authority.
             Senators Knudson, Duniphan, Ham-Burr, Olson (Ed), and Symens and Representatives Michels, Cradduck, Gillespie, McCaulley, and McLaughlin

         SB 94     provide for certain increases in the state minimum wage.
             Senators Koetzle, Kloucek, Moore, and Nachtigal and Representatives Bartling, Burg, Engels, Hanson, Hargens, and Kroger

         SB 101     pay the difference in state and military salaries for state employees who are activated into federal military service as members of the South Dakota National Guard and to make an appropriation therefor.
             Senators Kloucek, Koetzle, Moore, and Nachtigal and Representatives Garnos, Begalka, Kroger, Miles, and Valandra

         SB 141     revise the composition of the advisory panel to the risk pool board.
             Senator Moore and Representative Olson (Mel)

         SB 146     require state agencies to adopt certain energy-saving measures.
             Senators Kloucek, Koetzle, Nachtigal, and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Valandra, Engels, Gillespie, Miles, and Nesselhuf

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
