         SB 69     establish a fee upon the planting of patented seed, to extend certain civil immunity to the planting of patented seed, and to make misappropriation of patented seed a felony.

         SB 120     revise the starting and ending dates for the state fair.

         HB 1026     repeal certain provisions specifying the organization of the Department of Agriculture.
