         SB 27     provide that certain provisions regarding the uniform administration of state taxes apply to certain civil and criminal investigations.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

         SB 56     provide that certain minors who have been adjudicated for driving under the influence be defined as children in need of supervision.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Corrections

         SB 57     repeal and revise certain provisions relating to mandatory consecutive sentences.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Corrections

         SB 58     revise certain provisions regarding the handling of inmate accounts and property to deceased, discharged, and escaped inmates.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Corrections

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
