    Franklin Cook, Front Porch Coalition, will present a report on the progress of the
    SD Strategy for Suicide Prevention.

         SB 3     revise the criteria for congregate housing to be exempt from property taxation.
             Senators Knudson, Albers, Dempster, Dennert, and Symens and Representatives Weems, Christensen, Davis, Hackl, Hanson, Hargens, Hundstad, Koistinen, McCoy, and Wick at the request of the Interim Committee on Property Tax Exemptions

         SB 9     update and revise certain provisions pertaining to the Department of Social Services.
             Senators Diedrich (Larry), Apa, Greenfield, Kooistra, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Van Etten, Adelstein, Cradduck, Frost, Hunhoff, Klaudt, Konold, Miles, Pederson (Gordon), Rave, Sigdestad, and Thompson at the request of the Interim Committee on Department of Social Services Agency Review

         SB 51     create the South Dakota Certification Board for Alcohol and Drug Professionals and to provide for its powers and duties.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Human Services

         SB 52     revise certain provisions concerning the fees for controlled substances registration.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Health

         SB 53     establish a fee for the licensing of ionizing radiation sources.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Health

         SB 54     provide for the inclusion of certain information on required abortion reports.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Health

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
