         SB 4     revise the reporting requirements for domestic nonprofit corporations.
             Senators Knudson, Albers, Dempster, and Symens and Representatives Weems, Christensen, Hargens, Hundstad, Koistinen, and Wick at the request of the Interim Committee on Property Tax Exemptions

         SB 25     revise certain provisions regarding the cancellation of automobile insurance policies.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

         SB 30     revise certain pari-mutuel racing provisions relating to the definition of a racing jurisdiction.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

         SB 34     repeal certain small group health insurance requirements.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

         SB 35     revise certain requirements for insurance producers.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

         SB 38     adopt the Uniform Securities Act, to repeal chapter 47-31A, and to revise certain related provisions.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Revenue and Regulation

         SB 45     revise the composition of the State Electrical Commission.
             The Committee on Legislative Procedure at the request of the Department of Labor

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
