         HB 1179     repeal certain provisions prohibiting disclosures by a state agency of information concerning a private entity.

         HB 1005     repeal certain provisions, commonly known as the gag law, prohibiting certain disclosures by a state agency of information concerning a private entity.
             Representatives Olson (Mel), Bartling, Bradford, Burg, Elliott, Engels, Gassman, Gillespie, Hanson, Hargens, Hundstad, Kroger, Lange, Miles, Nesselhuf, Peterson (Jim), Sigdestad, Thompson, and Van Norman and Senators Moore, Dennert, Duxbury, Kloucek, Koetzle, Nachtigal, Reedy, Sutton (Dan), and Symens

         HB 1004     repeal the prohibition of certain disclosures by a state agency of information concerning a private entity and to refer the Act to the electors of this state at the next general election.

         SB 18     revise the definition of a state agency regarding certain disclosures by a state agency of information concerning a private entity.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Public Utilities Commission

         HB 1282     repeal certain provisions sealing the official records relating to a pardon.
             Representatives Peterson (Bill), Madsen, Michels, and Olson (Mel) and Senators Bogue, Brown, and Moore

         HB 1259     provide for the creation of a no solicitation calls list for persons wishing not to receive unsolicited telephone calls, to create a telephone solicitation account, and to establish certain fees and civil penalties.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
