         SB 145     revise certain Central Plains Water Development District boundaries.
             Senators Sutton (Duane), Dennert, Duxbury, Moore, Sutton (Dan), and Symens and Representatives Burg, Elliott, Frost, Hundstad, and Novstrup

         SB 190     revise certain provisions related to the licensing and operation of sand, gravel, and construction aggregate mining facilities.

         SB 195     establish the hunters welcome program.
             Senators Dempster, Duenwald, Koetzle, and McCracken and Representatives Juhnke, Frost, and Peterson (Bill)

         SB 199     revise the powers and composition of the South Dakota State Fair Commission within the Department of Agriculture.
             Senators Duxbury and Greenfield and Representatives Williamson, Burg, and Hargens

         SB 201     require counties to notify the Department of Agriculture of certain land use plans and ordinances.
             Senators Diedrich (Larry), Duenwald, and Jaspers and Representatives Dykstra and Van Gerpen

         SB 204     provide for the protection of certain agricultural contractors.
             Senator Kloucek and Representatives Lange, Begalka, Gassman, Sigdestad, and Valandra

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
