         HB 1096     establish the South Dakota Volunteer Reserve.
             Representatives Williamson and Adelstein and Senator Earley

         HB 1099     revise the time and process by which investment income is transferred to the general fund.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Governor

         HB 1112     establish the South Dakota Small Business and Privatization Council.
             Representative Williamson and Senators Greenfield and Earley

         HB 1115     allow primary election voters to vote for candidates of another party.
             Representative Lange and Senator Dennert

         HB 1116     regulate certain forms of political activity related to state employees.
             Representatives Lange, Engels, Glenski, Kroger, Nesselhuf, Olson (Mel), and Sigdestad and Senator Dennert

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair.
