         SB 69     provide for reduced camping fees for certain persons.

         SB 90     revise the available number of certain nonresident waterfowl hunting licenses.
             Senators Dennert, Dempster, Duenwald, Duxbury, Nachtigal, and Symens and Representatives Fryslie, Glenski, Hanson, Hundstad, and Peterson (Jim)

         SB 145     revise certain Central Plains Water Development District boundaries.
             Senators Sutton (Duane), Dennert, Duxbury, Moore, Sutton (Dan), and Symens and Representatives Burg, Elliott, Frost, Hundstad, and Novstrup

         SB 99     revise certain provisions related to the sponsorship of projects by water development districts.
             Senators Diedrich (Larry), Brown, Moore, Olson (Ed), Reedy, Sutton (Dan), and Symens and Representatives Solum, Bartling, Cutler, Elliott, Hargens, Hundstad, Konold, Kroger, Lange, O'Brien, and Smidt

         SB 127     provide that the beneficial interest in any wind easement shall follow the surface estate.

         SB 162     revise the definition of E85 ethanol blend fuel.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
