         HB 1168     provide for a study of legislative article of the South Dakota Constitution.

         HCR 1010     Requesting the Governor and executive agencies to provide legislative committees with information on certain legislative bills and resolutions.
             Representatives Nachtigal and Hennies (Thomas) and Senator Koetzle

         HJR 1003     Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article XII, Section 2 of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, relating to expenditures from funds established by a two-thirds vote of both houses of the Legislature.
             Representatives Sutton (Duane), Abdallah, Bartling, Broderick, Burg, Flowers, Fryslie, Murschel, Napoli, Olson (Mel), Rhoden, and Wick and Senators Apa, Dennert, Madden, Moore, Munson, Olson (Ed), Staggers, Symens, and Volesky

         HJR 1004      Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article III, section 12 of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, relating to legislative conflicts of interest.
             Representatives Adelstein, Holbeck, Lintz, and Sutton (Duane) and Senator Whiting

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
