         HB 1136     clarify the approval authority for local accounts of the state treasurer and state auditor.
             Representatives Olson (Mel), Bartling, Bradford, Burg, Davis, Elliott, Flowers, Gillespie, Glenski, Hanson (Gary), Hargens, Hundstad, Kloucek, Nachtigal, Nesselhuf, Peterson (Jim), Sigdestad, and Valandra and Senators Hutmacher, Dennert, Hagen, Koetzle, McIntyre, Moore, Reedy, Sutton (Dan), Symens, and Volesky

         HB 1146     prohibit the maintenance and operation of certain boot camp programs and to develop a plan for the potential uses of the boot camp facilities.
             Representatives Kloucek, Elliott, Gillespie, Kooistra, and Valandra and Senators Volesky and McIntyre

         HB 1168     provide for a study of legislative article of the South Dakota Constitution.
             Representatives Peterson (Bill), Eccarius, and Olson (Mel) and Senators Everist, Brown (Arnold), and Hutmacher

         HB 1227     prohibit the faxing or e-mailing of unsolicited advertising materials.
             Representative McCaulley and Senator Bogue

         HB 1287     increase funding for education, to reduce state government reliance on lottery proceeds, and to revise the distribution of lottery proceeds.
