         HB 1205     allow for nursing facilities to be constructed on American Indian reservations under certain circumstances.
             Representatives Van Norman and Bradford and Senators Hagen and de Hueck

         HB 1286     provide distributions from certain funds.
             Representatives Van Etten, Adelstein, and Hunhoff and Senators Daugaard and Whiting

         HB 1297     authorize the establishment of an antimicrobial resistance education program.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Governor

         HCR 1005     Urging the federal government to authorize and fund long-term health care on Indian reservations.
