         SB 115     repeal certain provisions relating to school district boundary changes.
             Senators Albers, Diedtrich (Elmer), and Koskan and Representatives Kooistra, Abdallah, Broderick, Flowers, Gillespie, Monroe, and Pederson (Gordon)

         SB 149     allow a school district to impose additional taxes.
             Senators Everist, Brosz, Cradduck, Hutmacher, Koetzle, McIntyre, Moore, Olson (Ed), and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Peterson (Bill), Murschel, and Olson (Mel)

         SB 165     require school systems to allow military recruiters access to students and school facilities.
             The Committee on Education at the request of the Governor

         SB 166     make an appropriation to the Department of Education and Cultural Affairs to reimburse fees and provide a stipend for National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certified teachers.

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
