SB 175     provide for civil liability for certain personal injuries relating to the internet posting of certain inherently dangerous information.
             Senators Hutmacher, Dennert, Hagen, Koetzle, McIntyre, Moore, Sutton (Dan), and Symens and Representatives Olson (Mel), Bartling, Bradford, Burg, Elliott, Flowers, Hanson (Gary), Hargens, Hundstad, Lange, Nachtigal, Peterson (Jim), Sigdestad, Valandra, and Van Norman
        
         HB 1138*     increase the penalty for the stalking of certain children.
             Representatives Olson (Mel), Abdallah, Burg, Hargens, Madsen, Michels, Peterson (Bill), and Sebert and Senators Olson (Ed), Daugaard, de Hueck, Hutmacher, and Moore

         HB 1139*     specify the elements of the crime of aggravated indecent exposure and to provide a penalty therefor.

         HB 1203*     revise the procedure for foreclosure by advertisement.
             Representative McCaulley and Senator Bogue

         HB 1016     eliminate filing and service fees regarding protection orders for domestic abuse and stalking.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Department of Social Services

         HB 1104     prohibit the filing of false financing statements.

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
