         SB 130     prohibit the implementation of certain prairie dog management plans or activities without legislative approval.

         SB 179     regulate certain practices related to genetically modified crops.

         HB 1185     add a representative from the South Dakota Association of Weed and Pest Supervisors to the South Dakota Weed and Pest Control Commission
