         HB 1137     require periodic reports by the State Cement Plant Commission.

         HB 1159     permit certain persons to solemnize marriages.

         HB 1113     require the Department of Corrections to seek accreditation by the American Correctional Association, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
