         SB 171     require secondary containment for certain liquid fertilizer containers or facilities.

         SB 146     increase the number of fall three-day temporary nonresident waterfowl licenses.
             Senators Dennert, Greenfield, Koskan, and Symens and Representatives Fryslie, Hanson (Gary), Juhnke, Koistinen, and Peterson (Jim)

         HB 1045     revise certain voucher approval authority for the state fire suppression special revenue fund.
             The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources at the request of the Department of Agriculture

         HB 1046     provide authority to suspend or revoke a milk sampler and grader's license.
             The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources at the request of the Department of Agriculture

         HB 1047     authorize a system for the collection, accounting, and reimbursement of normal and extraordinary structural fire protection efforts resulting from wildfire.
             The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources at the request of the Department of Agriculture
