         HB 1031     permit the use of electronic signatures to authorize employee payroll deductions.
             The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Bureau of Finance and Management

         HB 1092     provide resident tuition rates for certain nonresident National Guard members and to revise certain tuition benefits for resident National Guard members.
             Representatives Adelstein, Klaudt, and Van Etten and Senators Brown (Arnold), Apa, and Madden

         HB 1095     require the transfer of certain funds.
             Representatives Hennies (Thomas), Brown (Jarvis), Brown (Richard), Garnos, Hennies (Don), Koistinen, Kooistra, Lintz, McCoy, Monroe, Murschel, Nesselhuf, Pederson (Gordon), Pitts, Rhoden, Slaughter, Van Etten, and Van Gerpen and Senators Ham, Dennert, McIntyre, Moore, Reedy, Sutton (Dan), and Volesky

         HB 1242     appropriate money for the State Fair.
             Representatives Hansen (Tom), Hargens, Holbeck, Jaspers, Jensen, Pitts, Sutton (Duane), and Van Etten and Senators Greenfield, Duxbury, Olson (Ed), and Sutton (Dan)

         HB 1271     make an appropriation for the purchase of dive rescue and recovery equipment and associated training.

         HB 1277     revise the use of the children's trust fund and to make an appropriation for family visitation centers.
             Representatives Adelstein, Brown (Richard), and Davis and Senators Ham, Hutmacher, and Moore

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair.
