         SB 175     provide for civil liability for certain personal injuries relating to the internet posting of certain inherently dangerous information.

         SB 176     repeal certain provisions, commonly known as the gag law, prohibiting certain disclosures by a state agency of information concerning a private entity.

         SB 177     revise and modify certain provisions relating to the award of child custody.
             Senators Hutmacher and Koskan and Representatives Juhnke and Jensen

         SB 126     revise certain career service system rules pertaining to causes for disciplinary action against employees.
             Senator de Hueck and Representative Monroe

         SB 169     amend the Uniform Limited Partnership Act to provide limited liability limited partnerships.
             Senators Daugaard and Volesky and Representatives Michels and McCaulley

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
