         HB 1114     revise the assistance level for temporary assistance for needy families.
             Representatives Kooistra, Bradford, Burg, Klaudt, Kloucek, McCoy, Valandra, and Van Norman and Senators Hagen and Moore

         HB 1119     revise certain eligibility restrictions relating to secondary school extracurricular activities.
             Representatives Murschel, Abdallah, Begalka, Broderick, Brown (Richard), Elliott, Flowers, Heineman, McCaulley, Olson (Mel), Sutton (Duane), and Teupel and Senators Moore, Hutmacher, Koetzle, McIntyre, and Sutton (Dan)

         HB 1128     require that certain reviews for worker's compensation be conducted by similarly qualified health care professionals as those who provided the service under review.
             Representatives Monroe and Begalka and Senators Sutton (Dan) and Kleven

         HB 1137     require periodic reports by the State Cement Plant Commission.
             Representatives Olson (Mel), Bartling, Bradford, Burg, Davis, Elliott, Flowers, Gillespie, Glenski, Hanson (Gary), Hargens, Hundstad, Kloucek, Lange, Nachtigal, Nesselhuf, Peterson (Jim), Sigdestad, Valandra, and Van Norman and Senators Hutmacher, Dennert, Duxbury, Hagen, Koetzle, McIntyre, Moore, Reedy, Sutton (Dan), and Volesky

         HB 1159     permit certain persons to solemnize marriages.

         HB 1165     permit more time to file local referendums.
             Representatives Napoli, Juhnke, and Madsen and Senators Apa, Greenfield, Kleven, and Madden

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
