         SB 75     designate certain areas as drug-free zones.
             Senators Brosz, Brown (Arnold), Ham, McIntyre, Olson (Ed), and Whiting and Representatives Konold, Duniphan, Garnos, Smidt, and Solum

         SB 63     repeal the restrictions placed on persons who have possessed, used, or distributed controlled substances or marijuana from participation in certain extracurricular activities or financial aid assistance.
             Senators McIntyre, Daugaard, de Hueck, Hagen, Ham, Hutmacher, Koetzle, McCracken, Moore, Reedy, Sutton (Dan), and Whiting and Representatives Hennies (Thomas), Clark, Frost, Hargens, Hennies (Don), Hunhoff, Jensen, Kooistra, McCoy, Nachtigal, Nesselhuf, and Sigdestad

         SB 82     revise the distribution of state aid to education.
             Senators Dennert, Duxbury, Hutmacher, McIntyre, Moore, Reedy, and Symens and Representatives Sutton (Duane), Begalka, and Hanson (Gary)

         SB 61     allow for binding arbitration for school districts and employees under certain circumstances.
             Senators Staggers, de Hueck, Greenfield, Hagen, McIntyre, Munson, Olson (Ed), Sutton (Dan), and Symens and Representatives Kooistra, Garnos, Hennies (Don), Kloucek, McCoy, and Monroe

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
