         SB 59     provide for certain increases in the state minimum wage.
             Senators Koetzle, Dennert, Duxbury, Hagen, Hutmacher, McIntyre, Moore, Reedy, Sutton (Dan), Symens, and Volesky and Representatives Flowers, Bartling, Bradford, Burg, Davis, Elliott, Glenski, Hanson (Gary), Hargens, Hundstad, Lange, Nachtigal, Olson (Mel), and Van Norman

         SB 68     limit state expenditures.
             Senators Staggers, Greenfield, Madden, Moore, and Symens and Representatives McCaulley, Begalka, Klaudt, McCoy, Monroe, and Van Gerpen

         SJR 1     Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election amendments to Article XI of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota to prohibit the taxation of income except on banks or financial corporations.
             Senators Staggers and Greenfield and Representatives McCaulley, Klaudt, McCoy, Monroe, and Van Gerpen

         SB 45     repeal certain provisions related to the practice of medicine or osteopathy in South Dakota while located
         outside of the state.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Department of Health

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
