         HB 1039     allow an application for a concealed pistol permit to be filed electronically.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Secretary of State

         HB 1054     require the service of certain documents on the Interim Rules Review Committee a certain time before the committee meets to review the rules.
             Representatives Smidt, Lange, and Michels and Senators Bogue, Dennert, and McCracken

         HB 1052     revise certain provisions related to the state training school and the state juvenile reformatory.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Department of Corrections

         HB 1053     permit a victim of sliming to request that the defendant be tested for blood-borne pathogens and that the test results be disclosed to the victim.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Department of Corrections

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
