    Adopt temporary rules.

         SB 19     create the crime of communicating a terroristic threat or hoax terroristic threat.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Attorney General

         SB 20     revise certain provisions relating to service of process on foreign corporations through the secretary of state.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Attorney General

         SB 21     prohibit tax stamping or payment of taxes on tobacco products of certain nonparticipating manufacturers and to provide for the creation of a directory for compliant nonparticipating manufacturers.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Attorney General

         SB 22     adopt the Uniform Rendition of Prisoners as Witnesses in Criminal Proceedings Act.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Attorney General

         SB 42     revise certain provisions regarding the registration of sex offenders.
             The Committee on Judiciary at the request of the Attorney General

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
