         SB 118     make an appropriation to the ethanol fuel fund.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

BILLS FOR POSSIBLE ACTION WHICH HAVE HAD PRIOR HEARING.

         SB 52     increase an appropriation from the children's trust fund and to repeal a statute that terminates an additional charge for birth records that is deposited in the fund.

         SB 221     make an appropriation for costs related to suppression of wildfires in the state and to declare an emergency.
             The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Governor

         SB 222     make an appropriation to replenish the special emergency and disaster special revenue fund and to declare an emergency.
             The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Governor

         SB 223     make an appropriation to fund tax refunds for elderly and disabled persons.
             The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Governor
