         HB 1005     prohibit hunting on public waters within six hundred sixty feet of an occupied dwelling, church, schoolhouse, or livestock without written permission from the adjoining landowner.
             Representatives Konold, Fryslie, Hanson (Gary), and Lintz and Senators Symens, Diedtrich (Elmer), Drake, and Vitter at the request of the Interim Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee

         HB 1058     modify the daily and possession fish limits permitted for holders of a nonresident family fishing license.

         HB 1062     revise the requirement that holders of a license issued by the Department of Game, Fish and Parks exhibit the license or authorization on request and to require that certain persons also exhibit photo identification to certain law enforcement officers.

         HB 1063     revise the time required for removal of an ice house from public waters of the state and to revise the time that failure to remove the ice house is deemed abandonment.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair.
