        SB 66     permit the filing of certain documents with the secretary of state by electronic means and to remove the notary requirements.

        SB 67     provide provisions that all documents filed with and maintained by the Office of the Secretary of State may be filed electronically.

        SB 70     revise the procedures for filing referred laws, initiated constitutional amendments, and initiated measures and to revise certain election provisions and campaign finance requirements for referred laws, initiated constitutional amendments, and initiated measures.
