         HB 1031     provide for the regulation of telepharmacy and to establish a fee therefor.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Board of Pharmacy

         HB 1077*     impose a tax on the net revenues of intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded.
             The Committee on Appropriations at the request of the Bureau of Finance and Management

         HB 1186     revise the composition of the Commission on Health Care.

         HB 1296     require abortion facilities to offer sonograms to pregnant women under certain circumstances.

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
