         SB 211     prohibit the interchange of anti-epileptic drugs without prior notification and consent.
             Senators Hunhoff, Abdallah, Garnos, Gray, Hansen (Tom), Hanson (Gary), Hundstad, Jerstad, Knudson, Koetzle, Lintz, Maher, McCracken, McNenny, Nesselhuf, Olson (Ed), Peterson (Jim), Smidt (Orville), and Sutton and Representatives Pitts, Boomgarden, Brunner, Burg, Carson, Dennert, DeVries, Faehn, Hackl, Halverson, Hargens, Haverly, Miles, Moore, Noem, Novstrup (David), Nygaard, Pederson (Gordon), Rave, Rhoden, Rounds, Turbiville, Van Etten, Vanneman, Vehle, Wick, and Willadsen

         SB 209     create the South Dakota Boxing Commission and to provide for the supervision of boxing and kickboxing competitions and sparring exhibitions in the state.

         SB 208     provide for the regulation of tanning devices.
