         SB 119     establish a pilot project for an alternative care program for adults with substance abuse issues, to provide for a report to the Legislature, and to make an appropriation therefor.
             Senators Smidt (Orville), McCracken, McNenny, and Napoli and Representatives Tidemann, Davis, Glenski, and Rausch

         SB 140     preclude mitigated, corrected, uncorrected effects, or reduction in benefits when determining an award for benefits which may be subjected to the provisions governing temporary, partial, permanent partial or permanent total disability benefits.
             Senators Napoli, Apa, Hanson (Gary), Jerstad, Katus, Kloucek, and Koetzle and Representatives Van Norman, Kirkeby, Lucas, Moore, Rhoden, and Street

         SB 148     require proof of citizenship with regard to certain applications for aid or assistance.
             Senators Apa, Abdallah, Gant, Greenfield, Napoli, Olson (Ed), and Schmidt (Dennis) and Representatives Howie, Haverly, Nelson, Peters, and Rausch

         SB 162     establish an alcohol and drug addiction counselor loan forgiveness program and to make an appropriation therefor.
             Senators Albers, Gant, Kloucek, McCracken, Napoli, and Nesselhuf and Representatives Nygaard, Cutler, Dennert, Dreyer, Street, and Van Etten

         SB 170     provide for a study of medicaid.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
