         SB 87     permit school district boards to consist of a combination of members who are elected at large and by member representation areas.
             Senators Gant, Garnos, Hansen (Tom), Hauge, Nesselhuf, and Smidt and Representatives Hackl, Brunner, Buckingham, Deadrick, Juhnke, Peters, and Willadsen

         SB 163     provide for the recall of certain school district officials.
             Senators Albers, Duenwald, and Hauge and Representatives Gillespie and Dykstra

         SB 82     revise certain fees charged by sheriffs.
             Senators Dempster, Albers, Gray, Hanson (Gary), Heidepriem, Hunhoff, and McCracken and Representatives Hargens, Gillespie, Howie, Moore, Rave, Rhoden, and Rounds

         SB 123     provide that sheriffs receive payment for marshaling assets for an execution of judgment or execution sale even if no sale occurs.
             Senators Albers, Abdallah, Apa, Bartling, Gant, Gray, Nesselhuf, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Hargens, Cutler, Deadrick, Dykstra, Gillespie, Lust, Moore, Pederson (Gordon), Rave, Weems, and Willadsen

         SB 135     increase the minimum salary payable to county officials, state's attorneys, and sheriffs.
             Senators Bartling, Albers, Gant, Gray, Hanson (Gary), Koetzle, McCracken, Nesselhuf, Olson (Ed), and Turbak and Representatives Hargens, Cutler, Dykstra, Gillespie, Hanks, Hunt, Lucas, Moore, Noem, Pederson (Gordon), Pitts, Rave, Rounds, and Weems

         SB 153     provide for the suspension of certain county officials pending completion of criminal prosecutions.
             Senators Lintz, Gray, and McCracken and Representatives Rounds, Moore, and Pitts

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
