         SB 100     appropriate money for the Northern Crops Institute.
             Senators Bartling, Apa, Duenwald, Gant, Garnos, Greenfield, Hansen (Tom), Hanson (Gary), Kloucek, Koetzle, Lintz, Maher, McNenny, Peterson (Jim), Smidt, and Sutton and Representatives Tidemann, Brunner, Burg, Davis, Dennert, DeVries, Elliott, Gillespie, Glenski, Halverson, Hunt, Jerke, Juhnke, Krebs, Lucas, Moore, Nelson, Noem, Pederson (Gordon), Peters, Pitts, Rausch, Sigdestad, Thompson, Turbiville, and Vanneman

         SB 121     require financial assurances for certain concentrated animal feeding operations for the remediation of potential environmental damage.
             Senators Kloucek, Katus, Maher, and Two Bulls and Representatives Gassman, Bradford, Feinstein, Lucas, Nygaard, and Van Norman

         SB 127     require the disclosure of known contamination of waterways on property condition disclosure statements.
             Senators Hanson (Gary), Heidepriem, Lintz, McNenny, Nesselhuf, and Peterson (Jim) and Representatives Halverson, Hargens, Lucas, Moore, Pitts, Rhoden, Sigdestad, Street, and Vehle

         SB 138     place restrictions on the use of certain animal traps.
