         HB 1166     revise the index factor in the state aid to education formula.
             Representatives Hennies, Dennert, Elliott, Glover, Haley, Halverson, Hargens, Jensen, Kroger, Lange, McCoy, McLaughlin, Murschel, Nelson, Roberts, Sigdestad, and Thompson and Senators Olson (Ed), Abdallah, Kloucek, Koetzle, Kooistra, Moore, Nesselhuf, Peterson (Jim), Schoenbeck, and Sutton (Dan)

         HB 1222     require regental institutions to annually report to the Legislature regarding intellectual diversity.

         HB 1234     require all children to attend kindergarten and to establish a minimum length of time for kindergarten programs.
