         HB 1067     classify certain persons as residents for purposes of higher education tuition.
             Representatives Buckingham, Haverly, Heineman, and Van Etten and Senator Duniphan

         HB 1079     define an enrolled student.
             Representatives Dykstra, Cutler, Haley, Heineman, Hunhoff, Krebs, McLaughlin, and Roberts and Senators Olson (Ed), Kooistra, Moore, and Sutton (Dan)

         HB 1160     provide additional state funding to school districts that offer certain services and opportunities to students receiving alternative instruction.
             Representatives Brunner, Elliott, Hackl, Hennies, Hills, Lange, McCoy, Nelson, Novstrup, Rave, Roberts, Schafer, Street, Tornow, and Weems and Senators Kooistra and Nesselhuf

         HB 1176     prohibit certain school districts that operate small high schools from receiving state aid to education.
             Representatives McLaughlin, Buckingham, Cutler, Dykstra, Faehn, Frost, Hanks, Haverly, Heineman, Hennies, Hills, Kraus, McCoy, Murschel, Roberts, Thompson, Tornow, Van Etten, Weems, and Wick and Senators Adelstein, Kelly, and McCracken

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
