Appointment/Reappointment Hearings of David Volk, Arlene Ham-Burr, and Vivian Asmussen to the Commission on Human Rights.

         SB 175     ensure appropriate emergency health care for certain rape survivors and to require health care facilities and the Department of Health to provide information to certain rape survivors.
             Senators Adelstein, Hanson (Gary), Nesselhuf, Sutton (Duane), and Two Bulls and Representatives Thompson, Cutler, Dennert, Elliott, Halverson, Murschel, Roberts, and Street

         SB 177     create a rebate program for businesses that invest in lactation facilities and to make an appropriation therefor.

         SB 184      Provide for the screening of certain members of the armed forces for exposure to depleted uranium.
