         HB 1028     make an appropriation to support students participating in the South Dakota Opportunity Scholarship program during the spring 2005 term and in fiscal year 2006 and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1053     make an appropriation to the Department of Education to reimburse certain school districts for consolidation incentives.

         HB 1082     appropriate money for postsecondary technical education enhancement.

         HB 1127*     authorize the provision of special education and related services to certain alternative instruction students.
