         SB 158     provide for the certification of distance learning providers, to establish a distance learning grant program for students, and to make an appropriation therefor.

         SB 161     make an appropriation to the state library to support information literacy skills.

         SB 185     revise the calculation of a school district excess general fund balance.
             Senators Knudson, Bogue, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Frost, Dennert, Gillespie, Hackl, Hargens, and McLaughlin

         SB 215     refer a measure to a vote of the electors to require that public schools begin the regular school term after Labor Day.
             Senators Lintz, Apa, Broderick, Duniphan, Hanson (Gary), Napoli, Peterson (Jim), and Sutton (Duane) and Representatives Sebert, Hackl, Haley, Hennies, Jensen, Kraus, Krebs, Novstrup, Pederson (Gordon), Street, and Turbiville
