         SB 210     revise the conditions under which the state may enter into gaming compacts with Indian tribes.
             Senators Knudson, Apa, Bogue, and Schoenbeck and Representatives Turbiville, Cutler, Deadrick, Dykstra, Hills, Hunt, Kraus, Rave, and Rhoden

         SB 212     set a maximum limit on certain license and permit fees that may be established by the Game, Fish and Parks Commission.
             Senators Bogue, Koskan, and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Rhoden and Putnam

         HB 1085     prohibit certain payments and receipt of payments for registering and assisting voters and to establish certain penalties.
             Representatives Buckingham, Boomgarden, Frost, Garnos, Heineman, Hennies, Krebs, Rave, Tornow, Van Etten, Weems, and Wick and Senators Knudson, Bogue, and Kelly

         HB 1087*     require certain voter registration forms to be filed within an established time frame and to establish certain penalties.
             Representatives Buckingham, Boomgarden, Bradford, Frost, Garnos, Halverson, Hargens, Heineman, Krebs, Kroger, Rave, Tornow, Van Etten, Weems, and Willadsen and Senators Knudson, Bogue, and Kelly

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
