         SB 169     require hospitals to report the charges for certain diagnostic-related groups.
             Senators Dempster, Bartling, Duenwald, Gant, Olson (Ed), and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Heineman, Boomgarden, Cutler, Dykstra, Frost, Hunhoff, Michels, Miles, and Rave

         SB 115     revise the eligibility criteria for the sales tax on food refund program.
             Senators Knudson and Dempster and Representatives Cutler and McCoy

         SB 168     ensure appropriate emergency health care for certain rape survivors and to require health care facilities and the Department of Health to provide information to certain rape survivors.

         SB 100     clarify the rule-making authority for the sales tax on food refund program.
