         SB 110     revise the definition of abandoned property held by governmental entities.
             Senators Apa, Bartling, Bogue, Gray, Kooistra, Koskan, Moore, and Napoli and Representatives Jensen, Davis, Dennert, Hargens, and Novstrup

         SB 112     repeal certain requirements related to works of art in state buildings.
             Senators Schoenbeck, Abdallah, Apa, and Napoli and Representatives Wick and Klaudt

         SB 91     provide free admission to state parks and recreation areas for certain military personnel.
             Senators Olson (Ed), McCracken, and Smidt and Representative Sebert

         SB 95     authorize account wagering and multi-jurisdictional simulcasting and interactive wagering totalizator hubs and to revise certain provisions regarding pari-mutuel racing.
             Senators Sutton (Duane), Abdallah, Broderick, Gray, Hundstad, Koetzle, McNenny, Moore, and Napoli and Representatives Frost, Cutler, Dennert, Elliott, Jensen, Klaudt, Michels, Murschel, O'Brien, Olson (Ryan), Pederson (Gordon), Rounds, Turbiville, and Valandra

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
