         SB 6     revise certain provisions regarding the appropriations process.
             Senators Earley, Adelstein, Apa, Bartling, Greenfield, and Sutton (Duane) and Representatives Klaudt, Dennert, Glenski, and Putnam at the request of the Special Committee on Appropriations

         SB 75     designate official state railroad museums and to provide for additional museum sites.
             Senators Sutton (Duane), Apa, Hansen (Tom), and Hundstad and Representatives Frost, Dennert, Elliott, Haley, Novstrup, Rausch, and Street

         SB 88     revise certain provisions regarding the collection of tax by retailers maintaining a place of business in the state.
             Senators Schoenbeck, Abdallah, Bogue, Broderick, Gray, Knudson, Koetzle, Moore, Olson (Ed), and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Michels, Cutler, Deadrick, Gillespie, Haley, Hennies, Hunt, Murschel, O'Brien, and Tornow

         SB 87     revise certain provisions regarding the collection of taxes imposed on the services of a lawyer.
             Senators Schoenbeck, Abdallah, Bogue, Broderick, Dempster, Gray, Knudson, Koetzle, Moore, Nesselhuf, Olson (Ed), Sutton (Dan), and Two Bulls and Representatives Michels, Bradford, Cutler, Deadrick, Dykstra, Gillespie, Haley, Hennies, Hunt, Murschel, O'Brien, Peters, Putnam, Tornow, and Van Norman

         SB 91     provide free admission to state parks and recreation areas for certain military personnel.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
