         SB 9     repeal certain obsolete provisions relating to a plan for integrated telecommunications functions and facilities.
             Senators Kelly and Koskan and Representatives Putnam, Buckingham, Hackl, Pederson (Gordon), and Schafer at the request of the Interim Committee on Bureau of Information and Telecommunications Agency Review

         SB 10     revise certain references to the Rural Development Telecommunications Network language with appropriate references to the Digital Dakota Network.

         SB 13     create certain provisions regarding transfers of experience rating accounts and assignment of unemployment insurance tax rates.

         SB 14     modify provisions related to the payment of unemployment insurance benefits.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Labor

         SB 18     require the Public Utilities Commission to disburse certain bond or other proceeds to affected customers.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Public Utilities Commission

         SB 19     revise the length of time for the Public Utilities Commission to act on an application for a certificate of authority for interexchange telecommunications service.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Public Utilities Commission

         SB 20     prohibit a mobile telecommunications service provider from including a subscriber's telephone number in a wireless directory assistance service database without the subscriber's authorization.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Public Utilities Commission

         SB 21     update certain citations to federal regulations regarding the pipeline safety inspection program.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Public Utilities Commission

         SB 33     update certain provisions for specifications and tolerances for weighing and measuring devices.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Public Safety

         SB 32     change certain references from the Department of Revenue and Regulation to the Department of Public Safety.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Public Safety

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
