         SJR 3*     Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article III, section 6 of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, relating to four-year legislative terms and legislative term limits.
             Senators Brown, Albers, Bogue, Dempster, Diedrich (Larry), Duxbury, Earley, Jaspers, Koskan, McCracken, Moore, and Vitter and Representatives Peterson (Bill), Christensen, Hennies, Hunhoff, Juhnke, Kraus, Smidt, and Teupel

         SJR 5     Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article III, section 6 of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, relating to legislative term limits.
             Senators Brown, Albers, Dempster, Jaspers, Kloucek, Kooistra, Olson (Ed), Reedy, Sutton (Dan), and Symens and Representatives Peterson (Bill), Cutler, Elliott, Fryslie, Lange, Olson (Ryan), Solum, and Wick

         SB 63*     provide additional criteria to send a promulgated rule back for further public hearing by the agency.
             Senators McCracken, Bogue, and Dennert and Representatives Hunhoff, Engels, and Smidt at the request of the Code Commission

         SB 85*     revise certain provisions relating to the approval of airports.
             Senators Bogue, Albers, Kleven, and McCracken and Representatives Rhoden, LaRue, and Smidt

         SB 92     revise certain provisions relating to the type and location of health facilities that may be financed or refinanced by the South Dakota Health and Educational Facilities Authority.
             Senators Knudson, Duniphan, Ham-Burr, Olson (Ed), and Symens and Representatives Michels, Cradduck, Gillespie, McCaulley, and McLaughlin

         SB 189     revise the long-term building projects authorized for Northern State University.
             Senators Sutton (Duane) and Dennert and Representatives Frost, Elliott, Hundstad, and Novstrup

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
