         SB 130     revise certain provisions relating to farm mutual insurers.
             Senators Sutton (Dan), Albers, Bogue, and Duxbury and Representatives Dykstra, Begalka, LaRue, Nesselhuf, and Novstrup

         SB 135*     provide for reasonable compensation by manufacturers of outdoor power equipment for warranty work done by a retailer that sells outdoor power equipment.

         SB 137     revise certain provisions related to assets allowed in the determination of the financial condition of an insurer.

         SB 144*     require certain telecommunications traffic signaling information to be provided to facilitate payment of inter-carrier compensation.

         SB 148*     repeal and reenact the standard nonforfeiture statute for individual deferred annuities.

         SB 192*     require participating providers to provide the same rates to persons who have health savings accounts.
             Senators Dempster and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Christensen and Cutler

         SB 193*     restrict the investment of insurers in certain investment assets.
             Senator Dempster and Representative Sebert

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
