         HB 1176     revise the definition of criminal pedophilia.
             Representatives Madsen, Gillespie, McCaulley, Michels, and Weems and Senators Albers and Schoenbeck

         HB 1130     revise certain provisions relating to the transfer on death or pay on death designations of certain security accounts.
             Representatives Cutler, Gillespie, and O'Brien and Senators Schoenbeck and Knudson

         HB 1141     authorize the service of ex parte protection orders on Sundays and holidays.
             Representatives Kraus, Cradduck, Cutler, Kroger, LaRue, Madsen, and McCaulley and Senators McCracken, Abdallah, Albers, Dempster, Earley, Moore, Olson (Ed), Schoenbeck, and Sutton (Dan)

         HB 1142     revise certain provisions relating to the election of the venue for an administrative appeal.
             Representative Madsen and Senator Knudson

         HB 1207*     provide that any judgment of conviction indicate whether the charge involves domestic abuse.

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair.
